| Divorce question: got married in china and want to get it annulled in usa? |

I got married in China and the girl later went to the u.s. As soon as we arrived in LA she had someone waiting for her and said she wanted to spend time with family. I said ok, and later came to realize she just used me to get a green card. So, to sum up, we got married in China but I was living in California at the time. She is still in California but I am in New Jersey. Her green card was mailed to me so I have it. I want to send it back and get the marriage annulled. Do I have to do it in California or can I do it in New Jersey? It seems complicated and I am not sure where to start. How difficult is it to get a marriage annulled?
