| How far will 33,000 Yuan get me in China if I'm living there, not a tourist? |

I was thinking of moving to Zheng Zhou, or somewhere nearby, after I learn Chinese pretty well. I heard you can live on 2000 Yuan a month, but that doesn't seem like much. Will I get in trouble trying to bring 33,000 Yuan into the country? I heard you can only leave with 6,000 Yuan, or maybe it was dollars. Any help? RSS2JAVA...
