How many days will it take for an american to have their e2 korean visa processed in hong kong?

i'm an american living in china and the closest korean consulate is in hong kong. my flight to korea departs on 4/4/07 in the morning from hong kong. i have all the necessary documents for an e2 visa but won't be able to submit them until 2 days before my departure. what are my options? thanks for your time and consideration. james RSS2JAVA...
