Hello sir like any other country which have law,i know China have it own law.The problem is when you have a resident permit and your entry Visa expire. Dont you relised that it was suitable for the Z visa to now cover you,by taken you out to your country for holidays and back.Than to go a long way for another Visa again which as you say will cover a person to left the country and come back. Like what have been happening to people like the woman who was interrogated by the police who have a resident permit but expire VISA. Am not to change law but i think as a humanbeing my suggestion should count.If possible the Chinese government should gave the Z visa a different name than a resident permit. Thanks...
